Terms and ConditionsAVAILABILITY - Guests are welcome all year round. Details of availability by week are published on the Dolgoch Holidays web site. This is updated regularly but no guarantee is implied that any individual booking is accepted until confirmed to the guest in writing. OCCUPANCY - The property can be occupied after 3.00pm on the commencing Saturday and must be vacated by 10.00am on the final Saturday of booking. MINIMUM LETTING - Normally one week. SHORT BREAKS - Stays of 3 and 4 nights may be available in low season or at the owners’ discretion. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR - Commencement days will depend on official Bank Holiday dates. RESERVATIONS - By telephone will be held for 48 hours, by email will be held for 72 hours. DEPOSIT - A deposit of £75 is payable at the time of booking to secure the reservation with the balance payable one month prior to commencement of holiday. If full payment is not received by the due date, the guest will be deemed to have cancelled their booking. CANCELLATIONS - The deposit will be refunded minus a service charge of £25 if cancellation occurs more than one month prior to your holiday. However, if you cancel within one month of your holiday dates, your refund will depend on our ability to re-let. We will be as fair as possible in these circumstances. BED LINEN AND TOWELS - Bed linen will be provided with beds made-up and ready for guest's arrival but please note that guests are responsible for providing their own towels and tea towels. CLEANING - Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy state at the end of their holiday. The property will be thoroughly checked, cleaned and serviced between occupancies, but we do reserve the right to levy a charge to recover rectification costs if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property. DOGS - You may bring your well behaved dog, with our prior consent, on the condition that they will not be left unsupervised in the property and that it will not be allowed on the beds or furniture. You will be responsible for the cost of making good any damage caused by your dog (or a dog belonging to someone who visits you). The shared garden is used by small children - please supervise your dog and do not allow it to foul the garden. CAR PARKING - Ample car parking is afforded at the front of the adjacent hotel and a pass entitling guests to free parking will be provided for the duration of their holiday. You may drive your car up to the property to load or unload but must return it to the car park immediately afterwards. BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES - In the unfortunate event of breakages or damages guests will be responsible for the full cost of replacement / making good. Guests are asked to kindly report any such occurrences on the telephone numbers provided in order that appropriate arrangements can be put in hand to effect repair / replacement with minimal disruption to your holiday. SAFETY – The property is equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguishers and smoke alarm and all furniture and equipment provided conforms to current regulations. Guests are responsible for taking due care and attention and the owners can accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to guests property however caused. INSURANCE - The property is insured for public liability but it is the guest's responsibility to insure their own belongings and against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
