The Property

Built about 20 years ago on the foundations of an old water mill and workshops, the property has recently been totally refurbished to comfortably accommodate 4 people in beautiful surroundings.

From an ample car park (free pass provided), the property is approached by a driveway which runs alongside the falls-fed stream and from which a private flight of steps takes you up to a galleried timber walkway leading to the door.

Inside, the property offers, on the upper level, a good-size (19'x11') L-shaped lounge with dining area  and a newly refitted, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc..

Stairs lead down to the lower level where accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom. The bedroom with en-suite WC and wash-hand basin has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds with space for a travel cot etc. The bathroom has bath with shower, pedestal hand-basin and WC. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes and drawer space. The rear (twin) bedroom also features a stable door leading out onto a lower walkway into the communal garden.

Inspection by the Wales Tourist Board awarded the coveted 4-star "excellent quality" grading.
